If you have followed my blog you will know that one of my favorite topics is outsourcing companies.

I think if anyone has spend any significant time with online marketing, affiliate, marketing, network marketing or anything related, they know that once they get the ball rolling there is just so much work to be done and outsourcing companies can be a great help in pay a small amount of money for a lot of great help.

Afterall there’s so much to do and outsourcing companies can help:

  • the search engines like fresh content
  • and wp blogs need maintenance
  • updating plug ins
  • updating versions of wp
  • updating affiliate links especially if you use affiliate programs like amazon.com where products are constantly being up to date
  • updating content based on keyword effectiveness (I just made that up…) but what I mean is that (if) WHEN you check your stats, you need to follow up on keywords that are effectively bringing traffic to your site.
  • creating new web properties (web 2.0 or wp blogs)
  • site promotion and on and on…

By using outsourcing companies many of the smaller tasks can be taken care of in record time and with low cost.

I have used outsourcing companies to:

    • build out the header for this site
    • help me with menu formatting with this premium theme
    • help me write content… which I always rewrite…but it gives me a point of departure
    • create graphics that I use over and over again

      Now could I figure out how to do all this on my own without outsourcing companies… but if you are in any type of online marketing “for profit” then you need to find ways to put the bulk of your time in “income generating activities”. Although I like for my site to look good and the nice header is a part of that. If I spent 10 hours tweaking my header to get it just right (which is about how long it would likely take me because that is not really in my skill set) then all that time could have been spent writing content or promoting my existing content.

      Don’t let the money involved in outsourcing companies scare you… I found a great site… and no this isn’t an affiliate program… I’m just sharing here from the heart, called fiverr.com. I have been using them for ages and I recommend them all the time and they are one of my favorite outsourcing companies.

      Every job is $5 and if you shop around a bit… sometimes you can find twice the job for the same amount… meaning…. I found someone who promised to write an ezine quality unique article for me for $5 with a 3 day turnaround time. Well, this isn’t a bad deal if it is a quality article and not something they stole and pumped through a spinner…But I bumped around a bit and found someone who would write 2 articles for $5.

      Matter of fact there are plenty of outsourcers that would charge more twice as much as this… And if you think about it, if you have an outsourcer write you one article for $5 for one amazon product let’s say, that retails at $125 (with the lowest commission point (4%) you would only have to sell one item to make your money back.

      And goodness gracious, you’re going to sell more than ONE if you follow my tips so wasn’t that money well spent if you saved 5 hours researching and writing that article?

      So the moral of the story is that you need to keep in mind the importance of reinvesting in your business and using outsourcing companies is a part of that…

      So let’s say you sell 3 of that $125 item… take one of your $5 commission deposits and have an outsourcer write you 2 more articles…

      And then rinse and repeat!

    Many small business owners, especially those in Network Marketing, have trouble generating sales. There are three skills that can be developed that will help any business owner reach their sale goals. Goals are achievable through commitment, preparation and perseverance.

    First you must commit. I know this sounds simple but it is probably the hardest for people to do. It is not possible to achieve any goal without making an unequivocal commitment to attain it. Without fully committing to achieve a goal you are only wishing or hoping to achieve it. Commitment begins with a vision. Post signs near your phone or on your computer monitor that clearly displays your sales goal. Take a moment visualizing yourself achieving the goal. This kind of conscious and unconscious focus on your goals will help change your expectations on what is possible from unthinkable to not only possible but inevitable.

    Second you must prepare. Develop a detailed plan that breaks down even the most daunting goal into manageable steps. Of course planning is not enough you must take action. Planning without action is useless. Once your plan is in place start taking steps to implementing it. Take the action everyday. This does not mean that you do the same act everyday. The action must build toward a goal, like climbing stairs. You should be able to look back and see how far you have come.

    Third you need to persevere. You can’t quit, but you also don’t want to keep doing the same thing over and over again without getting a positive result. You must always be willing to step back and adjust your plan. If you run into a barrier that you did not anticipate then figure away around, over or under it don’t just keep banging into it hoping for a better result. Make whatever adjustments you need and then keep going.

    Your sales goals are attainable if you are willing to commit totally to achieving them. Whether your goal is to reach a million dollars in sales or you want to rocket to the top of your Network Marketing Company, if you commit, plan and persevere you will attain that goal.

    Want to Grow Your Melaleuca Business? You Have To Ask

    If you are in Melaleuca or any Network Marketing Business and you want to get people to join your team you must ask them to join. You don’t have to sell them on the network marketing industry. You don’t even have to sell them on your Melaleuca business, but you must ask some questions. Asking questions is the only way to find out if someone is really interested in what you have to offer and worth your time.

    There are a lot of people out there telling you that all you have to do is invite people to a presentation. The problem is that when you invite someone to presentation they will ask you what it is about. This is when most network marketers will start talking and talking about their opportunity, they are telling selling. The products are cutting edge, the compensation plan is the most lucrative, the timing is perfect and on and on.

    What happens next is the person you are inviting will tell you they are not really interested at the moment, or they will slap you with how much are you making? This all could have been avoided if you would have started by asking a question to find out if the person is open to looking for a way to make additional income. If you get a yes invite and if you get a no then move on. Do not get pulled into talking about the specifics because you cannot present your opportunity in a short phone conversation. Invite and move on.

    Once you get someone to see a presentation you are going to have ask him or her what he or she thought about it. You will almost never have a lay down sale. What I mean is that rarely does someone see a presentation and then sign up. You have to ask questions. Start with, what did you like about the presentation? You will find that most people are polite and will tell you something they liked. What ever they say they liked you can ask another question about it.

    If you want to grow your team then you have to ask. If you don’t know what to ask or how to ask, don’t worry you can learn. If you learn to ask bigger and better questions you will find that your business will grow.

    Identifying Your Target Audience – What You Need to Know

    If you want to make money on the net, you have to identify who your target audience is and know them. What we will do for you in today’s article is reveal three effective means by which you can locate your target audience, and that will get you up and running.

    If you have a mailing list, it’s a good idea to do targeted surveys. The only way you can operate within any niche audience is if you understand them, and that is what you will be doing with surveys. Your email list is a great approach, but even if you do not have a list there are lots of businesses that are involved with conducting surveys. The information you glean from surveys is up to you because you are the one who designs the surveys and the questions. You need to do these surveys often because as new subscribers join your list and as times change, there will be new ideas coming in too. You never know how accurate any survey really is, especially if the sample size is fairly small.

    You must only look at those in your direct audience, and avoid the urge to try to promote outside of your market. Do a little brainstorming with someone that knows your product well, and see what kind of people come to your mind. There are a ton of methods, ways, and places to find your target audience – so do not worry about this. Part of the definition of target audience is the group of people who have the problem your product solves. Your aim here is to make the whole process easy, which is to find people that are ready to buy your product and will get the most out of it.

    A good idea is to look at blogs in your niche, and see what kind of posts they are making. Generally, blogs that target a broad topic usually go deeper with their posts.

    Blogs on your topic are a great way to add to what you learn in other places, so be sure to research them. You might find posts that talk specifically about a very narrow topic, which may turn out to be a place where your target audience lies. Far too many people do not bother to take advantage of all the research tools that are at our disposal. There are different methods to find your target audience, and we have only covered three of them. Once you get familiar with the market you’re going after, every task, right from the product creation to the overall marketing becomes easier. Take positive action on the things you learn because that is the only thing that will make you successful.
